At last, the lemonlopes!

This one is smaller than the previous two--the composition didn't want to go long or tall. But that's okay. I'm hoping to do more, of course--if nothing else, the first two sold so fast!--'cos they're just...cool, damnit. And I have no shortage of ideas. I mean, once you get into the mode where you start combining the animal and vegetable kingdoms, it's hard to shut off. You wake in the night, brain afire with hippotatos and burrowing carrots.

Okay, maybe that's just me.

But nevertheless, I shouldn't force 'em, and I've got the hooded donkey's next adventure in the works to keep me occupied for now, so we'll see what happens next.

So, my darling daughter wandered through my office as I was sitting here, giggling in admiration. She cast a seriously hairy eyeball at the lemonlopes - so, of course, I *had* to show her the mammoth garlic and explain what was going on. She, barely half-awake and with a couple of apple martinis still percolating their way through her blood stream from last night/this morning, thought for a second and came to her conclusion, "They're fruitimals."

Having made her pronouncement, she began to wander off...then paused in the doorway, "...or, animuit."

And, just now, as I write this, a little, vaguely bloodshot eyeball poked around the edge of the doorway and added, "Of course, the really young ones would be frootimals. You know," "like Fraggle Rock?"

Okay. My head is suitably bent. Her job is done here now. You, however, have *LOTS* more to do. :)

BTW, put me on the list for the the '05 calendar (I'm thinking, with all the ideas flying around, you could sustain this for several years, at least!) VVVEG
