The first dream of the new year, and...dude.

A radio interview with a set designer that I heard last week crossed with a video game, and gave me...Blade Runner--Happy Pinata Style!

Something in my brain broke hearing Rutger Hauer narrate about the pinatas he'd seen, which would now be lost like tears in rain. (At least, I assume that's what was happening, there were all these damn pinatas everywhere, so it was getting hard to follow...) It was almost a relief when the dream segued into something where I was Anne of Green Gables and dating a guy who rode trained walruses for the Navy.

It doesn't get any better than this!

I'm curious, have you ever read the Lenore comics?

I may need to corrupt you if you haven't yet....

Re: It doesn't get any better than this!

I have not!

Hmm, then I'm afraid the first hit will be free and subsequent doses will be at your own expense. :) I'll just need a shipping address.

Oh, and here's the artist's website, if you want to see what you've gotten yourself into. http://www.spookyland.com/

Re: It doesn't get any better than this!

And curiously enough, there's pinata-oriented humor over here.
I'll shut up now.

Now THAT is something to put in a fantasy novel:

A smalrus armada would be cuter.

A smalrus armada from the land of fairies.

Tamandua!!! :D
Saying moo...?
Where did this come from? And are there more like it? :)

*grin* It's a painting I did a few years back...I think there's another one or two like it somewhere...

Thanks! I found 'em; I don't think I've ever gone all the way through your deviantArt page, so there was lots of "new" stuff to look at. :)

That's one of Ursula's lot. I'm sure you could find it somewhere...

You get the fun dreams. All I had was a lingering vision of a beautiful woman whose name I couldn't remember.

And I think Hedorah and Godzilla were in there somewhere.

Dream book

I would pay real money to purchase a book in which you'd written down your dreams--that's entertainment! *snorfling over the trained walruses*

Better than the dreams I had last night: one was about zombies and the other was about being engaged to marry Voldemort . . . *shaking head* Maybe it was the bourbon fudge at the New Year's Eve party . . .

mmmm...bourbon fudge....

You always know it's a good dream if there's a walrus. |D

umm....i'll have what she's having. ;)

For some reason I read that as rodeo walruses.

Dude. And I all dreamed about was a leak in my ceiling. And I kept trying and trying to call someone about it, but I couldn't remember how to get to the list of contacts on my phone for some reason.

I wish I had dreams like yours! Mine are so..bland.
Anne of Green Gables and the Walrus Rider! a new TV series is born.

Didn't you dream about Anne's severed torso recently, too?
