Death Chicken

James made Death Chicken in honor of the new year. It's chicken with this...reduction sauce...thing...I can't tell you what's in it, because I don't know. The chicken's not bad, but I would commit atrocities for that sauce.

How good is it?

Let me put it this way--day old leftovers, and once I was done, I looked around to make sure no one was watching--you know, in case anyone snuck into the house or something--and then I licked the plate.

It's that good.

I am still trying to get my brain back into working mode instead of holiday mode. It's taking some doing...
