Kevin's contract with the city, which was supposed to go another six months or so, is getting cut as of the 23rd.
Leaving aside all concerns of money and everything else--dude, December 23rd is not when you cut people. That's just low. I realize they probably needed it to balance the budget, and they left him on a lot longer than most of the other contractors, but dude, that's kinda Grinch-like.
